Delightful highlighters

I opened the August 2012 issue and Paula Whittaker's article on using highlighters jumped off the page at me. I used a green highlighter then smooshed the edges with Broken China Distress Ink, sanded and reapplied the ink. Once the background had dried I stamped my images using Versafine Onyx Black Ink and Crafty Individuals CI-207 then cut my panel into three pieces and stuck them to a white card blank.
