Double Take: Brown Parcel Paper By Kaz Hall
A bonus project featuring brown paper from Kaz, as featured in the February 2013 issue.
On this tag I simply used the brown paper to create an embellishment. I cut a strip of parcel paper and pleated it to form a ruffle. Sew the ruffle in place with contrasting thread for an inexpensive embellishment that adds lots of texture.
