Make this beaufiful bookmark using the techniques shown in Helen’s fantastic Masterclass, July 2012 issue.
Beaded Bookmark
Cut piece of glossy card and, using a credit card, apply alcohol inks and blending solution (Technique 1, as shown in the magazine). Stamp the images over the top in black. Sand round the edges and add Raspberry and Broken China inks direct to the sanded areas. Sand again and repeat. Sand again and scrape over a black inkpad, then rub back the black ink with a baby wipe (Technique 5). For the back, cut another piece of card and distress it as shown in Technique 5. Add stamping in black over the top. Add embellishments to finish.
