Additional materials to those listed in the magazine…
- Art Journey stamp plates: Roses; Nature; Bird (swirl); Tree (leaves); Umbrella Girl (text)
- Page of an old book
- Three large brads
- White and black cardstock
Take a big piece of white cardstock and sponge it with the three colors of Adirondack ink, as for the other items in the article. Stamp the rose on it with Citrus and Pool, and the branches and swirls with black on the edges. Stamp the text on white paper, cut out and sponge it a bit with ink. Mat onto black and glue it onto an old book page, tear out, keeping an edge of about 1cm (3/8”). Colour the torn edge with some Citrus and Pool ink. Add onto the card. Create three Tissue Tape flowers, following the step-by-step instructions in the magazine (except that this time the tape isn’t coloured). Take a black inkpad and add some ink on the edges of the flowers using the direct-to-paper technique. Attach the flowers onto the card.
