Another idea from Kay for using her gorgeous Starburst Stains backgrounds, as demonstrated in the August 2010 issue Masterclass.
Notebooks
All of the techniques demonstrated in my Masterclass, when used on paper, create fantastic backgrounds that you can use to cover or make notebooks with. In particular the ‘Scrunch’ technique (technique 3) makes excellent textural notebook covers. I have left one of these books undecorated so that you can see how lovely these papers appear when used in this way and have very simply decorated the other so as not to mask the gorgeousness of the stains.
