Designer: Helen Chilton
TITLE: Bag Charm
Materials...
Crafty Individuals stamp: CI-190 Once Upon a Time…
Memento inkpads: Dandelion Yellow; Paris Dusk; Rhubarb Stalk
2x2 inch Stampbord tile
Patterned paper scraps: blue; green; red
Wire
Beads
Eyelets and Crop-a-Dile
Ribbon
For this example I’ve simply used a portion of the stamp image, repeating the border motif along the top. On the back, I’ve again used parts of the stamp, this time onto scraps of patterned paper.
Ink the stamp with black StazOn and press the Stampbord onto the part of the image you want. Repeat the border along the top. Sponge on inks. Delicately etch in highlights. Stick down onto scrap of blue paper and trim. Stamp border motif repeatedly round edge, leaving a space in middle. Stamp border onto green paper and cut out small frame for middle and squares for corners. Add stamped words and butterfly. Add eyelets and decorate with wire and beads. Add ribbon to tie to bag.
